Hi Tami,

My name is Luci and I live in American Canyon and just join this

site. Like you I am just waiting, I am 5 pounds from the 10% 'must

lose, before you see surgeron and get a date', stage. This for me as

been very difficult as my weight from that goal goes back and forth

last month I was 2pounds from goal - than last week I was at goal and

now I am 3 maybe more from goal. Can not figure on what it is I am

doing and what I want. Suppose to have surgery done in Richmond what

about you? -
