Hi All -

Dee Tinkle and I misunderstood each other. They have NOT actually waived the post-op fee for out-of-towners who are paying cash, but rather rolled it into the global charge and no longer bill for it separately. I interpreted this as them waiving the fee, which is not strictly accurate. I'm sorry if I confused anyone.
