I Got ONE Surgery Date [So Far]

Well;

I got a phone call today from OHSU.

They were giving me a surgery date [June 29].

I wonder if the nurse was surprised I didn't act excited.

I know that most people do.

If I get a call from Dr. 's office giving me a surgery date,

I will shout it from the mountain tops. I'll do the Snoopy dance.

But, today I got a surgery date from OHSU. I sure hope that Dr.

's office decides about me before June 29. I've already

met Dr. once. She did not accept my psych. evaluation.

May 2, I return to Portland to meet with Dr. Ude. The hospital in

Seattle (which only does R-n-y's) where I took the MMPI and had

the psych. evaluation is sending the 'Raw Data' from my MMPI to

Dr. Ude to reinterpret and evaluate.

I hope things go well on May 2.

But, if they don't, at least l have a surgery date at OHSU.
