If your are having problems with your knees, you might want to look

in to " Chair Dancing " video (for your exercise). The Kaiser

educational section should know where you can order it. Or, you

could just try lots of exercise type moves while sitting in a chair.

Otherwise, I hear that water arobics are good, too.
