I feel like I should be doing more!

Hi All. My orientation is July 5th in Richmond. I know Richmond doesnt start tracking weight loss until orientation so I have been doing a big fat NOTHING.I feel like I should be doing SOMETHING, but I just know those first 5 or 10 lbs. come off pretty easy and I would hate to waste that by having it not even be counted.

Is my logic in this pretty accurate or should I start something sooner than orientation?

i agree with you, i would not start trying to lose

the weight. but you could start doing other things

such as practice chewing 30 times, give up caffiene

and carbonation, stop drinking with meals, etc.
