Hi All. My orientation is July 5th in Richmond. I know Richmond doesnt start tracking weight loss until orientation so I have been doing a big fat NOTHING.I feel like I should be doing SOMETHING, but I just know those first 5 or 10 lbs. come off pretty easy and I would hate to waste that by having it not even be counted.

Is my logic in this pretty accurate or should I start something sooner than orientation?
