Guest guest
I was reading an article yesterday on some gluten free site online, and I thought this little tidbit was interesting, at least for people like me who don't handle dairy well or at all. It said that what gluten does to people who can't handle it is to wear the ends off the villi in the intestines. And, those tip ends are what is needed to handle dairy!
