Hey Sheila,

I believe I have found a mix I can deal with. I ordered some samples

from Vitalady so I wouldn't waste anymore money and I like the ProLab

(it is the blended not the 100%). I ordered the chocolate and vanilla

(I plan to order vanilla). Both tasted pretty good with a bit a

sweetner added. I used 4oz. water and mixed it in the blender. It is

very thin, kinda like drinking water (which seems to work best for

me). Just thought I would share this with you. I still have some

samples to go so we'll see :).
