Guest guest
Thank you for writing... I give myself B5 and B12 injections, but the biotin injection, not OK. No IV. I tried the Freeda B-complex if that is what you are referring to. Did not chew though. I have tried liquid B complex, though possibly not legal, although they say it is. Simply cannot tolerate oral B complex. Which oral biotin do you take? Thanks Eileen... Dinah > > > > Has anyone had any trouble supplementing with biotin, or any other of the B vitamins for that matter? I have tried every form of biotin including injections and cannot tolerate it. Other B vitamins are a problem also. Increased cramping, bloating and D. I am deficient in some of these, especially biotin and pantothenic acid (B-5), so this is a BIG problem. Any suggestions would be most welcome. > > > > Thank you... > > Dinah > > >
