Is anyone out there from Elk Grove, and if so, do you know of a spa in the area that offers facials, pedicures/manicures, etc? I have a friend who is a young mom of two and who has a bday coming up. I would love to surprise her with a gift certificate for a girls day-out. Thanks and again, I am sorry for the off-subject post.
