Yes all, I'm still here reading along. You have no idea how comforting it is that you are all here, lending your stories, support, and love. I have read each and every post daily, and I just love being here. So, all that mushy stuff having been said, I went to Richmond today with my sister who had an appt with Dr. Fischer. (She lost her 10%+ and now has a surgery date of August 31.) I'm very happy for her, but now it's MY turn. :) Of course, I still have a lot weight to lose. On July 15, I weighed in at 529... today I weighed in at 508.2! So if any of you were at Kaiser Richmond today and saw a huge guy walking around with a grin just as huge, it was probably me. :) Now admittedly, I still have to lose 3.2 pounds to be at my original orientation weight (505), I am very happy I've been able to drop what I have. I also have things in place to be sure I continue to lose. I have to attend a Bariatric Group Up-Date meeting (since I was a bad boy and didn't check in for a whole year) on the 22nd. By then, I'll definately be below my orientation weight and on the way to my surgical goal weight (Dr. Baggs had originally told me to lose 100 pounds). <shrug> We'll see what happens.... I am committed to whatever needs to be done.

Ron
