Guest guest
My 8 year old daughter who also has yeast has been on SCD over 3 months, and has been doing well on it. She just yesterday got a fever and headache and this am her tongue is white coated. I was hoping it meant die-off, but then to confuse things she ate a apple nut muffin this am, i made yesterday that turned out so moist it grew mold overnight! I noticed the fuzzyness on the batch of them after she had eaten one!! So now I am not sure if the white tongue is from that or die-off? Two questions: 1. Does die-off sometimes have a white tongue? 2. Did I hurt her and our progress on yeast and SCD by inadvertently allowing her a muffin that had turned mold? Thanks!
