Hi Everyone .....

Angel Judi in MS, providing the report on SandyC from

OK ... she was switched on Monday the 9th of April with Dr. Warden

and Dr. Kim in Ocean Springs, MS!! She is feeling the usual Mack

truck ran me over syndrome ... but other than that is feeling

alright! She was done open because of prior surgeries ... but does

not mind it a bit! (we older women have less and less use for bikinis

I fear!)

I am now three weeks out and feeling better each day,

although I am still tired and have not quite mastered keeping the

bathroom time down! But I have plenty of time off and time to heal

so I am not rushing anything. I am just glad to be out of most of

the pain and shock my system had to take, to make this dream come

true! I had a bit of a dicey time with ICU for a couple of days and

on the ventilator for all of it ... but then ... small price to pay

now that I am alright and on my way to a slim and healthy life! I

have not been weighed yet - I see Dr. Kim today late, but I know I

have dropped at least 20 pounds! (I think!) Everyone congratulate

Sandy now ... she will need the encouragement you all so willingly
