it was tough, as I just had carrots as my only vege and 3 bananas a day for a

LONG time - since i found out about the yeast that was the end of them

completely and honey and fruit - 2 months in or so I was told I could do berries

- but I say starve them to death!!!

also yes my doc is holistic-coul so thats' why I say I'm surprised she didn't

mention me trying it???- I'll swing it by her - could very well be my over

sensitivities that made her not recommend it
