Guest guest
I've been thinking about starving the yeast by not eating high carb things. Also about antifungals like garlic and VCO. If you eat enough raw garlic or VCO, shouldn't it kill the candida regardless of whether they are hungry or full? So if I were to eat a banana smoothie with a bunch of VCO in it, wouldn't the candida still die, just with full bellies? I'm still trying my best to not feed them, but until I introduce enough fruits and veggies that won't feed the candida, I'm still having to eat bananas and carrots. So I'm just wondering how that whole trade off works, between starving them with diet and killing them with antifungals. It seems to me that it would be just them dying with full bellies vs. them dying hungry, but I'm sure some of you on here have other thoughts on this. Thanks!
