Guest guest
I wanted to try Liz's zucchini noodle method since it sounded tasty and successful, but there were a few issues... 1) Don't have a mandolin, so I had to use a peeler and the 'noodles' were a bit mal-formed. 2) Don't have 'flour sack' type kitchen towels, so I had NOOOOO idea what to use. We ended up piling it onto racks. SO I'm not sure if it's actually going to dehydrate. 3) The whole process was very labor intensive. Any suggestions on how to solve my zucchini issues? Especially how exactly to dry it. I ended up with a lot of 'noodles,' so they were piled pretty high on the racks. Do you do single layers? I need DETAILED instructions on how to put them on the pan, towel, etc... Thanks a bunch!
