Guest guest
Does anyone know or approximate how much calcium in dripped yogurt? No, but you could probably figure it out. Just look at how much calcium is in a serving of the milk you use to make the yogurt. Then multiply that by however many serving of milk you use in your yogurt. There's your total calcium for a batch of yogurt. After dripping your yogurt, approximate how many cups there are total in the batch. Then divide the total amount of calcium from earlier by the number of cups, and you know how much calcium is in a cup of dripped yogurt....That is, if no calcium is lost in the dripping process, which I don't think it is =) Pour Dieu, pour terre,Alyssa 15UC April 2008, diagnosed Sept 2008SCD June 2009 (restarted)No meds =)
