Procedure codes for the BPD/DS ?

Hi,

I just got a response to an email I sent to my insurance company (about 3 months

ago). It stated she couldn't give me a customary and reasonable price because I

gave her the diagnostic codes (43846,43638, can't find the one for the gall

bladder removal) and not the procedure codes (CPT-???) Does anyone know what

all the procedure codes are and what they represent (ie 43638 is supposed to be

for the partial gasterectomy)?
