S. Boulardii and L. Acidophilus are both fine for SCD.

I do not know of a more " gentle " way to get rid of the " bad bugs " .

There are definitely pharmaceutical agents that can kill them, like

anti-fungals and antibiotics, but I don't think they would be

considered more gentle.

Is there any truth in me saying that the less time you have had a candida

overgrowth, the less time it will take to deal with it. I have only had a

problem since a short bout of prednisolone about a month ago.
