Guest guest
S. Boulardii and L. Acidophilus are both fine for SCD. I do not know of a more " gentle " way to get rid of the " bad bugs " . There are definitely pharmaceutical agents that can kill them, like anti-fungals and antibiotics, but I don't think they would be considered more gentle. Guest guest
Is there any truth in me saying that the less time you have had a candida overgrowth, the less time it will take to deal with it. I have only had a problem since a short bout of prednisolone about a month ago. Thanks, Mike UC 6 years SCD 1 year 5 months
