Guest guest
Does anyone have pain in there arms and legs to the point it hurts to lift your arm to like fold laundry. and hurts to walk? Blessings & Hugs and a pain free day Hi , My name is Joan ... the only problems I have with my arms is the carpel tunnel ... my legs are a whole different story ... bilateral lymphedema, peripheral neuropathy, chronic radiculopathy caused by a pinched nerve at L4-L5, and the latest ... a reeeaaallly bad nerve in my ankle (due to the pinched nerve). I woke up one morning a few weeks ago with what felt like deep bone pain ... I saw stars every time I had to take a step; with each day, that bone pain turned into nerve pain ... actually less painful than the original bone pain. Anyway, I have great difficulty in walking for many reasons. I'm so sorry you are experiencing such pain ... unfortunately, it comes with the disease ... some days will be worse than others, some days will be a little better than others. , are you on anything for your pain? My drs. have told me that the most important dr. I (we) actually need is a pain mgmt specialist. I suffered so much prior to seeing a pain specalist .... I would twist myself up like a pretzel just to get the pressure off of my lower spine ... this went on for 2-1/2 years, 6 steroid epidurals, many months of physical therapy. I finally found some relief after seeing my pain dr. and was put on methadone (and lortab, but I only use that for reeallly bad days -- breakthrough pain). Praying your pain will ease up soon and you start to receive some days with a break in the pain cycle, Joan

Guest guest
I have pain in the knees & ankles that cause me problems. I also have bad fluid retention & take a water pill for that. The only thing I am taking at the moment are Tylenol & a really good muscle rub cream. When I have mentioned it to my chemo doc she just tells me to take Alieve or one of those anyway so I don't even bother to mention it anymore. Hope your pain eases. __________________________________________________
