Can die-off affect your personality?

Hi,

I've been on SCD since June. I'm still doing Stage 1 a little of Stage 2 and am

finally not having D.

I have had the typical die-off reactions of aching muscles and flu-like feelings

and have taken epsom salt baths and that has helped a lot.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had emotional symtoms of die-off? I have

always been a very positive, confident person as an adult but lately I have felt

like I'm 14 again! I feel timid and unsure of myself in social situations and

feel more negative about things in general. Nothing else in my life has changed

except the SCD. Is it possible that the dieing bacteria and parasites are

affecting me emotionally?

Any feed back would be most welcome and much appreciated.
