Hey, . Do me a favor, ok? Apologize to yourself. Yep, you heard me. You say worse things to yourself than to anyone else. You know some of my history. I've spent my entire adult life struggling to accept myself. I was so mean to myself a few years ago that I actually bought a card & mailed it to myself! I had called myself names & punched myself in the stomach until I had bruises. After I calmed down I realized that I would never treat my worst enemy like that, let alone a friend, and if for some crazy reason I did, I would send them a card with a note of apology. So I sent myself one & I kept it taped on my bathroom mirror for a couple of years, as a reminder. Now I don't expect you to send yourself a card, but I do expect you to treat yourself just as well as you would treat me! If you got mad & cussed me out, you'd apologize to me, I know you would. You better mind me, aka ; I'm older than you & I'm pretty sure I'm bigger than you! Your big sister in Indiana,
