Guest guest
I lost about 20 pounds when I started this diet, but as I am able to introduce more and more foods my weight loss has levelled off. I'm still always hungry and it's hard to make/carry around enough food to satisfy my hunger. I think it's such a life changing diet we all lose weight at first until we adapt. Then things will become "normal" again.-UC - 1 yearSCD - 3.5 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet.Asacol - 4 pills 3 times a day - hopefully scd will help me get off these! No more Hydrocortisone or Prednisone!
