Guest guest
Sorry if this comes up twice - it disappeared the first time I tried. My cousin gave me a recipe for " Honey Dijon Chicken " and I made it tonight. It was great! It calls for honey, mustard (any legal variety would work, I'm sure), butter and curry powder. I left out the curry. I will add a bit of salt next time. We had a big pot of broccoli and the sauce tasted really good poured over that. The chicken dish was easy - I came home at lunch to make the sauce, poured it over the chicken and put it in the oven on time bake, so it was ready when we all got home. I also tried making cauliflower mock potatoes, but those didn't go over too well, although one daughter had seconds, while she was telling me that they were strangely addicting. My other daughter pointed out that it was basically a cauliflower smoothie. We are making progress in the " what's for dinner? " department!
