I also have mixed feelings, but I think that by having the list, with an

appropriate cautionary statement on each product, it could be

helpful.

Plus, as has been noted -- there are some people who are using commercial

products, regardless.

The standard caution is, of course, " If you use this product and do

not see the results you want from SCD, then remove this product from your

diet, and make your own. "

I would use it as a super reference. It would also help to write if the item is Kosher and if yes, under which Kashrut Organization. Thank you!
