Oatmeal mask: legal?

Am I allowed to put oatmeal on my face? It seems okay, but I know your

skin can absorb stuff so I want to be sure.

it's probably legal on your skin unless you are gluten-intolerant --

then it's not advisable to use it in any way, shape or form.

However, I find oatmeal to be too intense for my skin and quite

irritating. Cucumber peel gives me a much gentler and soothing mask.

However, I find oatmeal to be too intense for my skin and quite
