Does anyone know if lactalbumin is present in the homemade SCD yogurt? I've stopped eating it but would really like to re-intro it. Yesterday i re-started SCD and am back to intro. I fell into the common mistake of moving too fast, too soon but this time I am determined to have more patience. Thanks! Last post: " I recently had an allergy test done. Turns out I am allergic to 21 things, one of them being lactalbumin. I've read that it is found in milk products. My question is would I still be able to eat SCD yogurt? Is this one of the things that is " eaten up " while fermenting? Does anyone know if it is found in the SCD legal cheeses?
