Sorry gang, I'm from Kansas originally...what can I say! I'm getting

ready to walk out the door. My bag is packed and my stomach is in my

throat...EEEEEK! No actually I'm pretty calm ...for now. Your

support and good thoughts mean a lot to me and all the help you post

ops have given me, well, I cant thank you enough. My biggest fears

have always been about things I dont know, or dont understand. I

feel pretty well informed and I'm sure that has helped my anxiety

level stay below the " freak out " mode. I have showed my hubby Troy

how to post messages for me so he said he would try to keep you all

updated. Well, time to go! I cant wait to flip that " switch " and

start dropping the poundage like the rest of ya all! Thanks again
