I really think every single SCD site should have a disclaimer that a dimmer switch should be purchased. It is a shame that all of our hard work gets destroyed. I don't know if the bacteria implants properly.. with that said I don't know how many people would know if they had issues with their yogurt since so many SCD'ers eat dairy.
