I thought I was getting enough but I wasn't. I found out I was dehydrated and even though I didn't think it was possible I doubled my water intake. Once I did that I started having more energy. Its rough but it does pass. Age 2 >> Jodi, I keep impressing the water thing on a G., but I don't think she totally gets it. I know she understands she has to get her 1.5 liters a day in, but I don't think she understands how hard that will be. Oh well, soon she will understand!!LOL Were you getting in 1.5 liters a day and were still dehydrating??? I found that having a very specific amount I HAD to get in helped because otherwise the day could go by and I would have though I drank a lot but really didn't drink much. Glad to hear your getting your energy back!
