Guest guest Posted August 18, 2009 Report Share Posted August 18, 2009 Hi there, I wasn't paying attention and brought the milk to a really rapid boil this morning (maybe at 190 degrees) and then realized I had to rush out to an appointment and put the cooling milk in the 'frig for the whole day.
