Yogurt: too long of boil? too long in 'frig?

Hi there,

I wasn't paying attention and brought the milk to a really rapid boil this

morning (maybe at 190 degrees) and then realized I had to rush out to an

appointment and put the cooling milk in the 'frig for the whole day.

Can I proceed to make yogurt with this milk tonight?

SCD week 21

CD, diagnosed 1993
