List of Questions to ask surgeon

Pam,

My first consult with Dr. Vanguri is a month away (seems like an eternity

to me!). Could you please send me a list of the questions that you asked him?

Subject: Well, I had my physical.........

Hi everybody,

Well, I had my physical yesterday with Dr. Vanguri. After waiting an

agonizing hour in the waiting room (he was backed up to an emergency

surgery) I went in with my list of questions, and fired away. I told

him that I wanted the DS procedure (he does both) why, and blah,

blah, blah. After I was finished, he said, " I wish all my patients

were as informed as you are. " It was nice that he said that, but I

couldn't even BEGIN to imagine why EVERYBODY wouldn't be, but, anyhow.

Now, I await the agonizing decision of the insurance company. They

haven't even received the letter yet, and I already want to call!!

Gee, maybe I shouldn't have had that second cup of coffee this

morning......

Anyway, thanks to all of you for supporting me yesterday when I

freaked out about United Health Care. I felt SO much better after

reading your e-mails.

so, now we'll just wait and see.......
