BMI guidelines for surgery

Hi everyone,

I have a guestion regarding BMI. Kaiser considers you for surgery

with a BMI of 40 or higher. At approval I was 44, after losing 5 of

my 10% Dr Hahn recalculated me at 41. If I lose the other 5% I will

be under 40. Do I still qualify? I suppose I should have asked him

at my appt last week, I forgot cause I was just happy to be there.
