The first time I talked with Dee Tinkle she quoted me a price of

$23,000. The second time I contacted them they quoted me a price of

$25,000 and said that included the followup, so I think they are not

really waiving the cost of the followup but are including it in the

charge now for the selfpays. Maybe they have to leave it as a

seperate charge for insurance companies.
