Way to go girl! You are doing great and I am glad the Fiber Con helped. As I said before your eating habits are just fine you just keep doing what your doing and increase the tiny amounts as you go, it doesn't matter how much protein you eat and Carole won't be telling you to increase your carb and veggie intake yet, she will eventually though.

I did increase my intake of both but I still make sure i get that protein in first, I have just in the last couple of months been able to eat more than a tablespoon of rice and now i eat about 3/4 to i cup of rice with 3-4 chicken wings roasted with teriyaki sauce and some kind of veggie and this takes me from 1 to 1 & 1/2 hours to eat and I have to reheat it as I really don't like when my food gets cold.

I have said I don't know of any plateaus I was ever on as I did not weigh myself except for once a month and I still don't get on a scale often unless I am at my PCP but I understand that many must get on that scale everyday, it is from years of not wanting to know but I still don't own one, guess it gives me a good reason to go to the gym, they have a few scales.
