Guest guest Posted September 21, 2009 Report Share Posted September 21, 2009 Hi ya'll, I was on the intro diet for about 5 days, and have come off of it. i introduced bananas (ripe and raw), yogurt, (it didnt work for me during intro), and well cooked carrots, i also use butter, possibly too much. My issue is i feel really constipated. This can possibly be because my meat intake is extremely high, i consume about 1.5- 2lbs of meat a day, as well as up to 5 bananas a day (man do i love those)... I still go to the bathroom 3-5 times a day which isnt a great number but much better than my previous 7-12 times... My poop isnt really too solid, and it seems like all the food i eat completely disappears cause i never see it make it to the toilet bowl. My stools are usually mucus, and gas. What can i do to improve this? less meat? a little more carrot(today i had about one and a half carrots)? more chicken soup? less bananas? i eat about every hours because i am constantly hungry (or at least craving).. help is appreciated -Marcin Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
