Guest guest
Hi all, I havn't been around much, I was having my apt redone (painting, upgrades and carpet shampoo) I missed a lot of posts, I have no time to try a read as I only have access at work and we are busy, busy, busy. I was doing great with my 10%, got my marathon appts. I was crushed when the first available final Psych appt was 3 months out. Even if I was at goal I was told I would have to still wait. I got very depressed last week with not reading the posts and being home. I ate a piece of cake, hot dog and etc. I think with the appts all scheduled out first hand would be a better motivator. I will be attending the Fremont support group and I am wondering who else attends and can tell me a little about topics and class size. I need to get the kick in the butt and get back on track. Thanks for listening... Jeanne
Guest guest
Jeanne, I fill the same way you do. I had my surgeon appt on June 17th and was at my 10% minus 4 lbs. but enough to be able to schedule surgery. My final psych isnt scheduled until Aug. 11th it has been hard to stay motivated. Now I only have one month from today, but from 6/17-now I have been blowing it. I do not know why I am so close. Anyways I put in a call to today hoping that I am truly on the cancellation list. It's just frustrating. I ordered some new exercise videos and my daughter told me they are at home today waiting for me so get ready cause Im gonna bust them out and start using them. Infomercial with Kathy I know pathetic but oh well. I would love to go to a Fremont meeting but live to far away to make it in time.
