Guest guest Posted March 22, 2006 Report Share Posted March 22, 2006 Hi Group Im home Im back and all rewired! they took the pacemaker out and put in a resynchronization Device. Not an ICD. They have two wires in my left atruim and one in my left Ventrical. Then they took a wire and put it all the way thru the pulmonary vein and down the back side of the heart to the outside of the right ventrical. My ventricals were beating at different times instead of together. I cant drive for 4 weeks and have my arm tied to a sling. My EP guy said he wont know if the therapy will work until 4 weeks. ?TThey are seeing if it will bring up my ejection fraction as it had dropped from 38% to 28%.
