Guest guest Posted September 5, 2009 Report Share Posted September 5, 2009 just posted this on pecanbread but thought anyone wanting something new and stage 2 might like it - good to gain weight to-also good way to get squash into a kid I'd think sorry I forget who I told I would post this for and I can't remember the site it's from ,but I think the name Deb rings a bell as the person who made it???sorry the day before cook a butternut squash or pumpkin 2 large eggs 1/2 cup honey -may have done less??? 1 tsp.legal vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin or squash 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp nutmeg (left out) 1/2 tsp ginger (i left out) 1/8 tsp cloves (opt) 1/4 tsp salt 1 cup double strength almond milk (equal parts almond flour and water in blender 5 minutes blend all in food processor adding milk last and bake 325 for 1 hour in a 9 inch pie pan with parchment paper - i think i did 350 for 45 and i like it gooier and it's so much better the next day cooled - yum - there is a crust recipe but this with yog on top - YUMMY!!! eileen 20 months scd Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
