Guest guest
Hi Debbie, I was/am experiencing lower back dull aching type pain. Last Friday 10/16/09 I went to a new chiropractor who noticed my lower vertebrae from L 2 to 5 were all subluxated with my psoas muscle spasming. I don’t know too much about the back bone but he said the lowest part of one’s back has bones L1 to L5 then come the vertebrae with ribs. The psoas muscle is on the inside of our pelvic bone. He also said these lower back bones have nerves coming out of them that control stomach, small and large intestines. Yesterday was my third adjustment. I came home and just slept. Most of my lower back type dull aching pain is gone. My previous chiropractor either didn’t notice these problems or his technique simply wasn’t right for me. Until now I didn’t realize there is such a capacity/technique difference amongst chiropractors. I keep thinking it's muscular, but I don't ache in any other part of my low back (just lots of upper and mid back soreness due to exercise and fibromyalgia). I have weak adrenals too. Let me know if you learn more about it.
