My skin was punctured accurately yesterday.

First I got a flu shot, but nobody cares about that. THen I got

acupuncture! Woot =) That was pretty much same as ever though..

He did muscle testing too, but the only food I brought to test was

frozen pineapple (so I thought). It was actually mango. It came from a

mixture of fruit, and turns out what I thought was pineapple really

wasn't.

I had a smoothie with me though, for my snack, and I figured he may as

well test that, so he did. He seemed surprised at how much my colon

liked it. I guess he didn't think an internal organ could have such

strong feelings =) The smoothie had frozen strawberries, peaches and

mangos, a banana, some yogurt, some VCO, and a boatload of raw

spinach, kale, and chard.

I still have D, but I'm still improving because each time I go to the

chiro, he says my colon point is stronger than last time. And my yeast

still is in hiding! Yay =)

Another thing he does is organ work, which he does in conjunction with

chiropracting. Somehow, through pushing some points and testing some

reflexes, he finds out which organ my body is currently devoting the

most attention and energy too, and works on that organ. In the past,

that organ has been my liver, my spleen, and my stomach (last week

with the hernia). This time it was actually my colon! I take this as a

good sign because it indicates that I have no acute problems, since my

body has now turned to my chronic colon problem. This could also mean

my colon problem just became acute, but I doubt it because my colon

reflex is stronger every time. So yay =)

Peace =)
