Guest guest Posted October 7, 2009 Report Share Posted October 7, 2009 Hello- just wondering if anyone can help me with his morning's yogurt situation.... I mixed half and half and goats milk. I have never used goats milk before for yogurt and I over heated the batch to 200 degrees. Yogo-gormet says never heat to more than 185 for goats milk... so I'm wondering can I let it cool and reheat - and carefully watch it so it does not over heat- or have I ruined the whole batch?
