Hi Rosie, thanks for replying re empty capsules. I'm going to ring

Herbs for Health and order some.

Does anyone on the list actually do it this way - try getting say 1/4

of the powder from 1 ZP or Pep into each empty capsule, so small

amounts can be given before snacks?

If so, is there an easy way to transfer the powder? I don't want to

waste half of it by spilling it.

Many thanks to from California who offered to send me some from

there - I'll try to get them in the UK, but thanks for your very kind

offer anyway.
