Yogurt maker?

New to the diet and want to get a yogurt maker with a glass jar or jars as the

doc wants us to avoid any and all plastics for cooking, heating, or storing food

due to transfer of toxins, even when BPA-free. (Could get a dehydrator, but

think the Excalibur dehydrator is plastic, is that right?). Anyone have a

recommendation as to a good brand of yogurt maker with glass jar/jars for the

yogurt? Reviews of possibilities on Amazon indicate that some overheat, some

have thin jars that break easily, etc. so would love some input of ones that are

good or ones to avoid. Thanks for any help. Marilyn
