I did get her card, please thank her for me, it really brightened my day. I

am doing okay... things are a little too busy for me, and I am reeling from

the news that my uncle in Coshocton has died... I haven't seen him in about

eight years, and he was a wonderful man, I really loved him. So, in

addition to things already being so hectic, I have to mourn my uncle, and

make a trip to Coshocton to say goodbye, terrible. My heart is very heavy.

I bough a tanita ultra scale, so my weigh ins would be more accurate... sad

thing is my other scale was OFF... way off... so I have had to add three

pounds... ACK! My weight loss seems to have completely stalled out, and I

am spending alot of time, NOT STRESSING about it, (yeah right...you know...

I will be the one this fails for...). I am in extraordinary pain, I think I

have a hemorrhoid problem, and maybe irritable bowel syndrome... it is so

painful, but thankfully it is not constant. So I am trying to get that

under control... I know it seem things are very dark for me right now, and

in some ways they are, but I am enjoying my life thoroughly, and marvel

everyday at the new things I can do, and enjoy, I just wish I had been able

to share it with my uncle, he would have been so proud of me!... I am, as

always, soooooo proud of you, and the progress you are making... I told you

that you would pass me right up, and you have!!!!! Yipee, Ellen, I am so

happy for you!!!! You are amazing!!! I have to leave for Coshocton

tomorrow, with my Mom, Daddy, and lil sis, so I will let you know how things

are when we get back... Ethan will be here if you need to reach me, just

call him and have him get in contact with me... I love you, and Pammie...

Hi sweetheart- You are the best. Pam and I love you. How are you doing? I

am down 73 pounds and its 5 months tomorrow. I am so thrilled and looking

forward to the next 70. I am trying to watch the water drinking because I

have slacked off a little. The site keeps me in tow and I appreciate it. I
