Guest guest
I just got home from the surgeon. He seems very nice, and when I looked him up on the internet, I found that he's supposed to be quite skilled at doing laproscopic surgery. We agreed that my ileocecal valve needs to go. It's very scarred, and just a problem waiting to happen. According to my colonoscopy and CT Enterography results, they won't have to take a lot out, just a bit on either side of the valve. Of course, things could change once they get in there, but that doesn't seem incredibly likely. I could have scheduled for next Tuesday, but decided to go with September 22 so I could get some stuff cooked and frozen. It's hard to believe that's less than a month away! At least I'll be out of the hospital before flu season starts :-). Holly Crohn's SCD 12/01/
