Guest guest
Thought I would chime in here and give a positive response to your question. I have been living an SCD life for just over 3 yrs now, it has been all uphill for me. I won't say there are not set backs and hurtles to jump, but I have never been as sick as prior to SCD and my initial diagnosis in 2004. Getting off of the meds has also been a big help, I believe the meds help to keep you sick. I no longer have to worry about where a bathroom is, or how I am going to feed myself. I have it down to a science now. I am an avid snowmobiler, sometimes hours away from anywhere.. think about that? I will never go back to eating the ASD, even with Crohns, I have never felt better in my life. I have energy, my weight is not an issue any longer and I sleep like a baby. I am sure I will see more improvement as more years go by and I look forward to my ever changing health status.
