Good morning everyone...

First off, I want to say that I am sorry for my last post on " what would

ou do in this situation " !! I am not sure why I even posted it in the first

place, I knew what the answer was, but I have a tendency not to think

straight when I am that upset. I do want to say thank you to all who did

e~mail me privately with suggestions! I have written a letter to my PCP and

included info on this surgery and a listing of previous dieting attempts

(some of which he prescribed), update on my surgeries and current neck

shoulder injury and who he can contact to verify. It has been aprox 3 years

since I have seen him, so I am hoping that this will help.

There is a question to all of the post~ops. I have read there are some

nurses out there that are post~op and was wondering how long before you were

able to go back to full work? I am concerned after surgery how long before I

can return doing EMT work?? I am not worried about the resort that I work

at, due to it is sit down office work, however I am concerned about

returning as an EMT. Any one have an aprox estimate??

Thank YOu for listening to my yadda yadda and again, I appologize.

No matter how hard a bear tries,

he WILL NOT lose weight without exercise!!
