Guest guest
Hi Maggie. Dr. Baggs is aboslutely wonderful. He's very direct and tells you like it is but is also very compassionate and easy to talk to. Your in GREAT hands. Protein/food wise. I've been having trouble the last week with being nauseated after I eat my meals. I think I've decided that I was eating too quickly. I'm so done with eggs and chicken for now. They make me feel horrible. My dinner tonight, I ate really really slowly, and I feel fine. Ground beef seems to be my friend and the only thing that doesn't make me feel yucky. There is no humanly possible way to get in 40-60 grams of protein per day only eating 1/8-1/4 cup 3 times a day. Not happening. I'm anxious to go to my 6-week post op group meeting on the 7th of July and hear about how others are doing and exactly how we are suppose to get that much protein in. July 11th will be here soon! Congratulations! Tina > > > Hi all, > > > Well I am finally finished with all my pre-op appointments and > > labs. > > > Now I still have to wait until the 11th.
