Guest guest
My LDN/sleep experience mirrors n’s – LDN regulated my sleep as well! I have been using 3 mg cream for 3 months. Initial first 3 weeks had low grade headaches and sleep disturbance, but was always able to fall back asleep and sleep deeply and soundly. The rem sleep is so refreshing – what a difference LDN has made for me. This is the best I’ve ever felt! To determine dosage: weight in pounds x .03 = dose LDN As regards mucus & sinus problems, a poster on the LDN Yahoo Group contends that sinus problems are rooted in fungal problems. To test that you could try taking anti-fungals to kill yeast and see if that mucus production improves. Also, try cutting out honey. I am at a loss to explain the nausea you are experiencing. Some people take longer, but I found increasing over a few weeks worked for me. As for insomnia and LDN. I've had a lot of sleep problems over the years also, which of course exacerbated the Crohn's and other problems because I was never able to get enough rejuvenating rest. Now I am, however, on the LDN. But not at first. For the first two or three weeks I did wake up at 2 or 3 am. when my endorphins started kicking in in response to the LDN opioid blockade receding. BUT -- and this is a huge " but " -- after that period of adjustment I began to sleep better than I've slept in many, many years. LDN actually helps you sleep very deeply; lots of REM sleep, which is why many people report vivid dreams while on LDN. Not everyome has those initial sleep problems on LDN. I did, and you might. But if you bite and bullet and allow yourself to get through that, the chances are very high that once your system adjusts to it, you'll start getting the kind of sleep you need, and any fatigue problem you might had (mine was debilitating) will likely pretty much vanish, as mine has. On Day 5 I had an amazing surge of energy and it began changing my life. n
